I must say, right of the bat, that this event radiated BOSS LADY vibes from start to finish. Putting Dr. Shivani Gupta from Fusionary Formulas, Leslie Glickman from Yoga Journey, and Jess Pfeffer with Holistic Event Planning in one space just screams femme power all day, everyday. Which is why it makes it by far one of my favorite wellness events to photograph to date.
At sunset, on the rooftop of the ALoft Delray hotel, Leslie arrived wearing her pastels ready to lead an energizing vinyasa yoga flow. Dr. Shivani Gupta captivated the crowd with a fluid discussion on Doshas and Ayurveda. The night ended with a gentle yin yoga class serenaded by live violinist, Alex Johnson. In the-in-betweens attendees had the choice of colorful cold pressed juices or Shivani’s new Matcha based Metabolism Tea as refreshments.
To seal the night, every person left with a hefty sample of Deerfield’s local Modern Rose Tea, an essential oil roller from K Sahai, and other goodies to keep the self-care routine going from home!
