I attended the Regroup Embodiment event hosted by Jess Pfeffer not just as their visual documentarian, but also as a participating member. A rose from Joyful Blooms was handed to me and I immediately knew this was going to be good! Indeed, the more I experienced it, the more the entire retreat became the catalyst of my ongoing self-transformation journey. The name itself described the moment I was living at that specific time. I was and am indeed regrouping with my truest self or with my soul, so to speak.
For those three hours it was a place where I could unravel within my body, feel what I needed to feel, express with honesty, and be safe in doing it all. The Lifeway Kefir refreshments paired up with Rebecca Kastin’s protein balls were magnificent and healthy. Casa Mannabliss, the venue, was the perfect mixture of modern bohemian with spacious interior, beautiful natural lighting, and the most calming outdoor area.
To cap it all, I had been carrying some letters I wrote to the Universe with the purpose of purifying and letting go. The end proved to be the final stroke as I had the opportunity to burn them all in the closing fire! Both Jax Burbage and Terri Cooper held beautiful sacred space for all of us to truly understand some of our SELVES, find our people, make new friends, regroup our souls, and connect to be seen, heard, and accepted. I will say it again, the catalyst to my self REdiscovering adventure! I am utterly grateful for this experience and my little handmade soap Yogi Rose Wellness created with such love for all of us.
