Couples: Nicole & Will South Florida Barn Wedding

A Love Tale Through The Test of Time

From Teavana visits back in the days to coffee drinking presently, Nicole and I have known each other throughout the different facets of our lives. We haven’t always stayed in touch, but we’ve never lost touch. I would describe it as a fluid friendship, one that changes with the tides. I remember a while back, when I was first starting my photography brand that Nicole commented on one of my posts saying something along the lines of: “when I get married I want you to be our wedding photographer.” At the time, I don’t believe she was dating Will, nor with any plans of a wedding in the near future.

Now let me rewind to the beginning so we are on the same page! Teavana was where Nicole first laid eyes on Will. It was the perfect little quaint tea store, where Will worked in our early twenties. On the afternoons, I would most often tag along for the free hot beverage. Perks of being friends with the girl who was crushing hard on the “Teavana boy.” Nicole’s and Will’s story is like one of those romance books where the main characters live these parallel lives, but somehow after a period of time whined up meeting each other, falling in love, and spending the rest of their lives together. College came and went, then came the studying abroad, they both traveled quite a few times,  one of them moved to a different state, and, of course, all while dating different people long term. Then finally, as if divinely orchestrated, they both ended up back in Florida, texting each other, hoping both were single and ready to mingle. Shortly thereafter, they dated, found themselves engaged, and well like Nicole’s decree on a very very very old Facebook post, here we are post wedding visual love note!

Grad a snack and a hot beverage and enjoy Nicole and Will’s Visual Love story!

Best of energies,

The Getting Ready:

The ceremony:

The-in-between surprise:

This particular moment was probably one of my favorites to capture through out the day! Nicole had gotten matching customed design VANS for the both of them and we planned so that they could have an intimate interlude before the reception that they could share as a couple and enjoy the surprise!

The Reception and Party:

The Dessert Bar

It definitely gets its own section, because OH MY GOSH!!! Nicole’s aunt from Colombia handmade each of these desserts on the bar. Such a special gesture for the couple and their guests!

We did it Nicole!! Cannot wait for your wedding photo album making day!
